Red Cone Civil Design completes location studies and 30-50% construction drawings for small projects sponsored by municipalities or other public entities in the Kansas City area. The designers are students in the civil engineering capstone class at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. The designs are supervised by practicing engineers and licensed faculty.

2012 JOCO Culvert in construction
The rural culvert replacement designed by John Blancett's group in 2012 is under construction. If you go down there and take any photos, send some to Dr. O'Bannon. Congratulations! Your work is being implemented.
